Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to the different types of buildings in Camden?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the residential streets surrounding the town square and the professional offices near the courthouse. For deliveries to the local medical center or county administrative buildings, you must provide the specific department name and room number at checkout. These details allow us to navigate the varied layouts of public and private properties in this area.

Question 2

Are the flowers delivered in a box or by a person?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a person to accommodate the large residential lots and long driveways common in this rural layout. We do not use boxed shipping because packages can be left too far from the main residence on set-back properties. Providing details about gated entrances or specific porch locations helps us complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is not in stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a secure spot on the porch or check with a neighbor on the same residential block. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the look of the original arrangement. Including a working phone number for the recipient is the best way to prevent failed deliveries to homes that are hard to see from the main road.
