Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local medical facilities, funeral homes, or gated mountain properties?

Accepted Answer

For the local medical campus or funeral homes, provide the specific department name or the name of the deceased. Many residential properties are located behind security gates or down long private drives that require an entry code for access. Including these codes at checkout ensures the driver can reach the front door instead of being stopped at a perimeter gate.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered in open containers to keep them stable while traveling on steep, winding mountain roads. This method prevents the flowers from tipping or bruising on the unpaved and high-incline driveways common in this area. Providing a description of the house color or a visible marker helps the driver identify the correct property in heavily wooded sections.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we call the recipient to find a secure, shaded spot because leaving flowers outside in wooded areas can attract local wildlife. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar variety of equal value to maintain the shape and size of the design. A working phone number is required because many homes are set far back from the main road and cannot be seen from the street.
