Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local medical campuses and gated residential areas?

Accepted Answer

Burleson features sprawling medical complexes and gated subdivisions that require specific access details at checkout. You must provide the department name and room number for healthcare facilities or the gate code for residential properties. This ensures the driver can navigate the horizontal campus layout or enter secured neighborhoods to reach the correct door.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered in this suburban layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered in a vase to ensure they remain upright during transit through residential areas. For homes with long driveways or set-back entrances, provide instructions on where to leave the item if the front door is not visible from the street. Including a secondary contact number helps us confirm the property location when house numbers are difficult to see from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a shaded area or with a nearby neighbor on the same residential street. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is made to maintain the overall style and size. Including the recipient's mobile number is critical for deliveries to professional offices where the reception desk may be behind a locked door.
