Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large business campuses and medical facilities in Burbank?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the reception desk or designated mailroom for the city’s high-security media campuses and medical centers. Provide the specific building letter, department, or wing during checkout. These details allow the driver to navigate security checkpoints and large facility layouts.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential and professional buildings across the city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of open residential streets and secured office towers. Include gate codes or suite numbers for any multi-story buildings or gated residential properties. This ensures the driver can access the property without being blocked at street-level entries.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a studio lot or private residence?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the arrangement with the front desk or security personnel at studio lots and apartment complexes. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value in a similar color. Providing a recipient’s phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at gated hillside properties.
