Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and offices throughout Brooks?

Accepted Answer

Enter the complete street address and any necessary gate codes for private residential estates or long driveways. Because properties here sit far back from the road, these details allow the driver to find the correct entrance. For the small number of professional offices, provide the specific desk or room number to ensure the flowers reach the right person.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or sent in a shipping box?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to navigate the rural layout and the long distances between properties. This ensures the arrangement reaches the front door of a residence rather than being left at a roadside mailbox. Provide clear instructions if the property has a specific gate or a hidden gravel access road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is unavailable, the driver looks for a protected area on the porch of the residential lot to place the gift. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate homes that are difficult to see from the primary road. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that maintains the same appearance.
