Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campuses and office parks in Brookhaven?

Accepted Answer

You must provide the specific wing, floor, and room number for deliveries to large medical campuses or multi-building office complexes. These properties often have multiple entrances, so identifying the correct desk or building name ensures the driver reaches the recipient. This information is necessary to navigate the sprawling layout of these institutional sites.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by hand or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the suburban residential layouts and wide office campuses in this town. Drivers navigate long private driveways and large parking areas to bring the arrangement directly to the door or reception area. Providing a gate code for secured residential clusters helps the driver avoid delays at the entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a single-family home is not available, the driver will leave the flowers at a door or porch tucked away from street view. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Including a secondary phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at properties with restricted entry points or long drives.
