Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to the various professional and residential buildings in Braselton?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the regional medical campus require the specific wing and department name to ensure the driver reaches the correct reception desk. For gated residential developments, providing the gate entry code at checkout prevents the courier from being denied access at the security kiosk. These details are necessary to navigate the city’s mix of sprawling medical facilities and restricted-access neighborhoods.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses across the city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the specific layout of the city's large residential estates and professional office parks. Our drivers bring the arrangement directly to the front door of the home or the main lobby of the business suite. Including a recipient phone number helps our drivers find the correct entrance for properties located at the end of long, private drives or within complex suburban layouts.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient's availability or the specific flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a shaded, secure area on the porch of the residential property. For homes within gated communities where access is blocked, we will contact you to coordinate a new delivery time. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value to ensure the delivery reaches the home or office without delay.
