Question 1

Can you deliver to the local medical campus and secured residential communities?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the reception desks of the regional medical campus and the front gates of the city's restricted-access apartment complexes. You must provide the specific building number and gate code at checkout to allow the driver entry. These details are required to navigate the large layouts and security protocols common in this suburban area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across this suburban layout?

Accepted Answer

A driver hand-carries each arrangement to the door to accommodate the long driveways and large commercial parking areas found here. Providing the recipient’s phone number allows the driver to request access if a street-side gate is locked. This method ensures the flowers are placed directly in a secure area away from the public sidewalk.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a driver cannot reach the door due to a locked gate, they will call the recipient to arrange a drop-off with a neighbor or at a secondary entrance. When a specific flower is not in stock, we substitute it with a flower that matches the size and form of the original design. Correct contact information prevents the driver from having to leave the city’s outer residential loops without completing the delivery.
