Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various public buildings and residences in Boykins?

Accepted Answer

Most deliveries in this town go to single-family homes or small public buildings with multiple side entrances. At checkout, provide the specific door or wing name for churches and town offices to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance. Including a brief description of the property is helpful because many house numbers are not clearly visible from the main road.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for the residential layouts found throughout the town?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive intact at single-story residences and local storefronts. Since many homes are set back from the street on large lots, please include any gate codes or instructions for long driveways. These details allow the driver to reach the front door directly rather than leaving the arrangement at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the arrangement on a shaded porch or with a neighbor at a nearby residence. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that maintains the same style. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver confirm access for properties located on the long roads leading into the town center.
