Question 1

How do you manage deliveries to professional complexes, medical centers, or campus residences?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to research parks and corporate offices require a suite number and a direct phone number for the recipient. Many buildings here use secured badge access, so you must specify if there is a staffed front desk or a public lobby. For university housing, enter the specific building name and any internal mailroom requirements at checkout.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered and how does the local layout affect the arrival?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the transition from dense downtown blocks to winding foothill roads. Orders are walked directly to front doors or reception areas to prevent theft in high-traffic pedestrian zones. Include gate codes or specific entry instructions for properties with long private drives to ensure the delivery can reach the main entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a secure spot away from the street since many local residences lack enclosed porches. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that maintains the same color and shape. Providing a secondary phone number helps us manage entry into secured buildings when a doorbell is unavailable.
