Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local medical facilities and secured residential complexes?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the regional medical center or senior care facilities, include the specific wing and room number at checkout. These buildings require all deliveries to be left at the central reception desk or the main lobby for security. Providing these details ensures the staff can direct the flowers to the correct floor.

Question 2

How are flowers transported to residential areas with steep terrain or narrow access?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the steep hills and narrow residential streets common in this mountain town. We do not use shipping boxes to ensure the arrangement stays upright on slanted porches or uneven entryways. Including a note about specific driveway access helps our drivers identify properties that are set back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a sheltered area away from the wind on the hillside. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a flower of equal value that matches the original size and color. Providing a recipient phone number helps us coordinate a safe drop-off for homes with gated or long private drives.
