Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical centers and homes in Big Stone Gap?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the town’s centralized medical buildings require a specific wing or room number because these facilities are connected. For residential orders, include the house number and instructions for properties with long driveways. These details ensure the driver finds the correct entrance on streets where homes are spaced far apart.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door instead of being shipped in a box. Because the town consists mostly of single-family homes, we need to know if there is a specific porch or side door to use. Providing these access details helps the driver avoid delays on narrow residential streets.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the flowers in a safe spot on the porch or with a neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety of equal value to maintain the style. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver confirm the location of houses that sit back from the main road.
