Question 1

How does delivery work for properties in this city?

Accepted Answer

Provide the exact street address and any gate codes for homes set far back from the road. Because many properties are hidden behind dense tree lines on large acreage, a description of the driveway entrance ensures the driver finds the correct house. These details are necessary because house numbers are often missing or obscured at the road's edge.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered given the layout of this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door instead of being left in a box at the street. The driver travels the full length of the private driveway to reach the residence directly. Confirming that the path is clear for a standard vehicle helps prevent delays on long, unpaved, or winding access roads.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver places the flowers in a sheltered area by the front door and notifies the resident. When a specific flower is unavailable, a similar bloom of equal value is substituted to keep the arrangement's style. Providing a recipient phone number helps if a long driveway is gated or if the house is not visible from the street.
