Question 1

How does delivery work for local offices and medical facilities?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the reception desks of professional offices and medical clinics located around the central town square and its connecting streets. Provide the business name and suite number at checkout to ensure the courier identifies the correct entrance among the clustered storefronts. For funeral homes, include the name of the deceased so the staff can direct the arrangement to the correct viewing room.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the spread-out residential layout and long private driveways. Provide gate codes or specific entry instructions for properties with perimeter fencing to allow the driver to reach the front door. On rural roads where house numbers are not clearly visible, including the color of the house or a description of the gate helps ensure an accurate drop-off.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the arrangement on a porch or at a side door, provided the property is accessible and has no roaming livestock. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the value and scale of the original design. Including a phone number for the recipient allows us to call for instructions if we encounter a locked gate or an inaccessible driveway.
