Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to Bayside's different residential and medical building types?

Accepted Answer

Bayside contains many low-rise garden apartments and high-density co-ops that require buzzer codes for entry. Provide the exact unit number and any gate instructions at checkout to ensure the courier can access the building. For medical offices, include the floor and department name to facilitate delivery through central reception areas.

Question 2

How are flowers physically delivered across Bayside’s residential streets?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-carried to the door to accommodate the city's mix of detached houses and multi-family complexes. For homes with private driveways, the courier delivers directly to the front porch. In areas with high-density apartment blocks and limited street parking, providing the recipient's phone number helps the driver coordinate access.

Question 3

What is the process if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home at a detached house, the courier leaves the arrangement on a porch or with a neighbor. For secured apartments without a lobby, the driver calls the recipient to arrange a hand-off. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the arrangement's style.
