Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large estates and secured properties in Bay Hills?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to residential estates require gate codes or specific entry instructions for long, private driveways. Enter the recipient’s phone number and any gate access codes at checkout to ensure the driver can reach the front door. These details are necessary for properties that are set back significantly from the main road.

Question 2

Are the flowers delivered in a box or by hand given the local terrain?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the steep, winding hills and wooded streets of this area. This prevents the tipping or damage that happens when boxed flowers are left at the end of a long driveway. Providing a description of the mailbox or house color helps the driver identify the correct property in areas with limited visibility from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a sheltered area near the door, as the large distances between homes make leaving items with a neighbor difficult. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety of equal value to maintain the size and style of the arrangement. Including a secondary phone number or gate code reduces the risk of a failed delivery to secluded or gated residences.
