Question 1

How do you ensure flowers reach the correct room or office in Baudette?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the local healthcare campus or administrative buildings near the river, you must provide the specific department name and room number at checkout. In this rural town layout, residential properties often have long driveways or lack visible house numbers, so including a description of the exterior or gate helps our drivers locate the correct entrance. These details prevent the delivery from being left at a central reception desk or the wrong property.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties and riverside cabins?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered in a vase of water rather than being shipped in a cardboard box. Because many homes in this area sit on large wooded lots or along the riverfront, we bring the flowers directly to the front door or a designated side porch. Providing specific instructions for gravel driveways or gated entrances ensures the driver can complete the drop-off without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not at home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the flowers in a sheltered spot on the porch, as the distance between properties makes redelivery difficult. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar bloom of equal value to maintain the arrangement's shape and size. Including a local phone number for the recipient helps us verify they are in town, which is especially important for deliveries to fishing resorts and seasonal cabins.
