Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to large medical campuses and industrial offices in Baldwin Park?

Accepted Answer

To deliver to the city's large medical complexes and industrial zones, you must provide the specific department name and room number at checkout. These large-scale facilities often have multiple entrances and centralized security desks that require precise location details for courier access. Providing the recipient’s direct phone extension helps the driver navigate these sprawling professional sites efficiently.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by hand or in a box given the city's residential layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive in good condition at both single-family homes and multi-story apartment buildings. For properties with secured gates or buzzers, you must provide the entry code to allow the driver to reach the front door. This direct delivery method prevents arrangements from being left at unguarded street-level entrances or in shared mailrooms.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residential or commercial address?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, the driver will look for a secure porch or a neighbor who can accept the delivery. For commercial buildings with restricted lobby access, providing the recipient's mobile number allows us to coordinate a hand-off if the office is closed. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value that matches the original color and style.
