Question 1

How do deliveries work for the academic campus, medical centers, and secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the academic campus and secured student housing require the recipient’s mobile number and a specific building name. You must enter the department or dormitory name at checkout so the courier can find the correct entrance. This information is necessary to navigate areas with restricted road access and pedestrian-only paths.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city’s different residential layouts?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to manage the mix of gated apartment complexes and open residential streets. Drivers navigate the transition from dense student housing zones to suburban lots to reach the recipient directly. Providing a gate code or secondary entrance instruction ensures the courier can access multi-unit properties without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower variety is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home at a secured building or an office, the driver will call the phone number you provided. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety is substituted to keep the arrangement's look. Accurate contact information is required because many local residential complexes lack a central office to accept deliveries.
