Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to government offices or rural residences in Appling?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the county government buildings or local churches, provide the specific department or hall name at checkout. Many homes here sit on large, wooded lots with long driveways, so include any gate codes or house descriptions if the building is not visible from the road. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct entrance among the spread-out properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with long private drives or gated entrances?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to ensure they arrive intact at rural properties. If the residence has a locked gate or a long gravel driveway, specify if the driver has permission to enter or if there is a designated drop-off point. This prevents delays caused by the significant distances between the main road and the front door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is not home, the driver will leave the arrangement on a shaded porch to protect it from the open environment. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original shape and style. Providing a recipient phone number is helpful because many properties are set far back from the street and require direct coordination for access.
