Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to the large medical and government campuses in Anoka?

Accepted Answer

These sprawling complexes contain many separate buildings and wings, so a specific building name and department are required. Providing this information ensures the driver finds the correct entrance instead of leaving the order at a central security desk. Include the exact room or suite number at checkout to facilitate direct delivery to the recipient.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by a local driver or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to manage the city's mix of street-front historic businesses and residential riverfront properties. We do not use boxed shipping because drivers must navigate specific parking constraints downtown and long private driveways at river-adjacent homes. Provide any gate codes or instructions for secondary entrances to help the driver reach the front door.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not there or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will look for a secure location away from the sidewalk since many residential streets have houses set close to the public path. For deliveries to the large state and county campuses, we will contact you if security protocols prevent the driver from entering a specific wing. If a particular flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the arrangement’s style.
