Question 1

How does delivery work for residences and properties in Amawalk?

Accepted Answer

Many homes in this area sit far back from the road on winding, wooded lots. At checkout, enter the house number and describe the mailbox or driveway entrance to help the driver identify the correct property. These details are necessary because many residences share access points or are hidden from the main street.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to ensure they arrive safely?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the recipient's door to navigate the long driveways and large residential lots found here. The driver brings the arrangement directly to the house rather than leaving it at a roadside mailbox or entry gate. Providing specific instructions for porch access or side entrances ensures the delivery reaches the correct door on the first attempt.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues reaching the recipient or finding a specific flower?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the arrangement in a shaded area near the front entrance of the home. If a specific flower is out of stock, a similar variety is used so the delivery is completed on the requested day. Including a gate code or a description of the house color helps the driver confirm the location on properties that are not easily seen from the roadway.
