Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different building types in Altura?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the residential grid, central public buildings, and the surrounding rural farmsteads. At checkout, provide the street address for town residences or the rural route number for properties outside the main village. For deliveries to public spaces in the town center, include the specific room or department name to ensure the flowers reach the correct person.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the local layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered directly to the recipient rather than being shipped in a box. Because many properties here feature long driveways or multiple outbuildings, please specify which door is the primary entrance. Noting if the property is a farmhouse or a residence within the clustered village streets helps the driver find the location quickly.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery or the order?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, flowers are placed in a sheltered area like a porch or left with a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a stem of the same color and value to keep the arrangement the same size. Providing the recipient’s phone number and describing any gate access or long driveway conditions reduces the chance of a failed delivery.
