Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical centers and homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

The local medical campus has multiple separate wings and clinics, so you must provide the specific department name and room number at checkout. For residential deliveries on the outskirts, include descriptions for long, unpaved driveways or houses set far back from the road. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct property among the wooded lots.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered and what about property access?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the transition from the concentrated downtown blocks to the spread-out rural residential layout. If the property has a gated gravel entrance or a long private drive, specify if the driver should leave the flowers at the gate or proceed to the house. This prevents delivery delays caused by restricted access on the town's perimeter.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a shaded porch or side entrance protected from the street view typical of these open-lot properties. If a specific stem is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original style. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver verify access if the house is not visible from the main highway.
