Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in Adelanto?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes and the large secured institutional complexes located throughout the city. At checkout, you must provide the specific building letter or unit number and a direct phone number for the recipient. These details are required for the delivery person to coordinate with staff at security checkpoints or gated perimeters.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the recipient's door to accommodate the city's spread-out suburban layout. Because many properties feature deep lot set-backs or gated driveways, providing a gate code is necessary to reach the front entrance. This method ensures the flowers are delivered without the damage or delays associated with boxed shipping.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or you are out of a specific flower?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, the arrangement is left in a secure location out of view from the street. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitute of the same color and value to maintain the look of the order. Including a recipient phone number helps the delivery person resolve access issues at properties with locked gate perimeters.
