Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the high-rise office towers and secured apartment buildings in Addison?

Accepted Answer

Provide the floor number, suite, or gate code at checkout so we can access the correct area of the building. We check in at lobby security desks or with the concierge to confirm the recipient is available before leaving the arrangement. This ensures your flowers are not left outside in high-traffic public areas or at unattended exterior doors.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for the dense commercial and residential areas of the city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the complex parking garages and lobby security common in this city’s compact layout. Because many buildings are grouped closely together, providing the specific business name or apartment complex name helps us locate the proper entrance. This personal delivery method avoids the delays often caused by restricted access zones that block standard delivery vehicles.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is in an office meeting or behind a secured gate when the flowers arrive?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient cannot be reached, we leave the arrangement with a front desk receptionist or the apartment concierge to keep it in a climate-controlled area. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar bloom that maintains the professional style expected in office environments. Including the recipient's phone number allows us to contact them directly if we encounter unexpected gate or elevator restrictions.
