Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and offices in Acton?

Accepted Answer

For homes on large rural lots or ranch properties, provide the gate code and any specific instructions for long private driveways at checkout. Many residential properties here are set far back from the main road or sit behind security gates that require a code for entry. This information ensures the driver can reach the front door rather than leaving the order at a roadside gate.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the spread-out layout of this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to ensure arrangements remain upright and secure in the high-wind desert environment. Because of the low-density layout and the frequency of unpaved private roads, drivers require a contact phone number for the recipient. Providing these details helps the driver navigate shared driveways or locate specific houses on large, multi-acre parcels.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a property is inaccessible due to a locked livestock gate or a secured entrance, the driver will call the recipient for further instructions. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is made to ensure the delivery is completed on the requested date. Including a secondary phone number and any gate access details reduces the chance of a failed delivery to these remote locations.
